So glad they have a few outdoor tables! This is true comfort food. The deserts are made by the owner on-site and are AWESOME! The rest of the food is good too lol.

Been flying with Vacations Hawaii to Vegas since retiring from the US Army in 1995. Once a year every year, only missing the COVID-19 mess. It’s the greatest deal ever, fight, hotel, meals, family like escorts and services personnel, all part of the package. They even take special care of you in emergencies, like going the the hospital 6 hours before your flight home departs, or helping you find your lost aunty that you havenʻt seen for 24 hours. I use to think that aunty Haunani was the only agent at the VH office. Seems like she was the only one answering the phone. But top rate service all the time. Aunty always knew what you wanted before you asked. I really miss your you guys, Vacations Hawaii, seems like itʻs been more than a year plus. Thank you for your service, thank you for coming back. Stay well, stay blessed, stay safe.

In this time of Covid-19 I still got to be in Vegas 7-11-21! Omni cancelled but they got me a flight with Hawaiian Airlines. They were able to make good on their package deal I had paid for. Vacations Hawaii is the FIRST place I call! I love the escort service to and from Vegas!

I recently returned from a stay at the California hotel in Las Vegas through Vacations Hawaii and I have been telling everyone I know how courteous, professional and pleasant the staff were during my stay. My room was promptly and thoroughly serviced everyday. The hotel is perfect for those people who enjoy close access to the excitement of Vegas without being on top of it . I like that it's far enough to have a peaceful time if you choose and close enough to get to the action. Admittedly, i wasn't expecting to enjoy it because I've always stayed on the strip. Now, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks Vacations Hawaii for such a seamless reservation and your food recommendation was spot on. The Redwood was phenomenal!

Wouldn't go Vegas with anyone else. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Even through COVID and 9 of my trips canceled and/or rescheduled, they continued to have a smile in their voice and help you through the options.

Dana Tsuchitori was a great help when I needed to make last minute arrangements to join my dad in Las Vegas. My dad had been having more trouble getting around safely so I felt that I needed to keep an eye on him. Dana helped make the arrangements so that I could go and got me a great price! I am so thankful for him!

This was my husband and I 1st time flying with vacation Hawaii and omni air. We didn't know what to expect but the people within our circle told us that they are fantastic. And yes they are. The online website is very useful and straight forward. I had the pleasure of going to the actual office to pay for our trip. Their was a wait and only on rep at the time we went but no big deal.The representative was kind and she explained everything. Everything was super simple on the day of travel. My husband and I immediately noticed how much of our senior community books with Vacations. Fay take very good care of our seniors. We are both in our 30s and we had the opportunity to speak and learn from our elders on the flight. I even got a potato macaroni salad recipe. The only feature we did not utilise was the transportation service because we had rented a car. I recommend vacations to anyone who is travelling that wants a seamless experience and for caretakers who are taking the elderly on a trip. Look no further because vacations has the answer.

I was very impressed by their customer service. Less than a week before our vacation, one of my family members ended up in the ICU. We had to cancel the trip. They got me a full refund without any cancelation charges. When everybody is healthy again I will be sure to come back to Vacations Hawaii.

All in one flight, food, and transportation! No worries and just enjoy Las Vegas. Nice friendly staff, here and in Vegas dedicated to a great vacation.
